What’s your favorite thing about Forgotten World?
I already mentioned this, but I liked being able to bring Axl, Angus, and Vivian full circle, especially considering how much Angus has grown. They come across the diner only a few days after Angus comes to Vivian’s aid when Dax has her cornered, which makes it a fun little twist considering all the lewd comments Angus threw her way in the beginning.
I like the growth we get to see in Parv, too. If you’ve read the Twisted books and Angus, you know what happens with her, but at this point, I was just writing her as a scared and broken person who was trying to survive by ignoring her feelings. Thankfully, she comes around a little in this book, which paves the way for the person she is later on in the story. And I love who she becomes.
